As an IT Change Management Intern, you will engage with IT and non-IT stakeholders to support alignment of the change management process across systems. You will assist in preparing presentations, shadow senior analysts in meetings with department leaders, and contribute to periodic IT reports. This role provides hands-on experience in IT change management, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting within a professional IT environment.

What you will do

Assist in preparing change logs, reports, and documentation to support CAB (Change Advisory Board) operations Support CAB meeting logistics by preparing decks, compiling agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and following up with stakeholders Draft and update IT Change Management process documentation, guides, and SOPs as part of governance initiatives Monitor and track changes for newly onboarded systems, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks Collaborate with IT and non-IT stakeholders, while shadowing senior analysts to gain exposure to cross-functional governance.

What you bring

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with interest in software processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle issues from start to closure Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTables) Experience or academic exposure to IT Change Management processes and IT Governance Understanding of SDLC frameworks (Agile or Waterfall) is preferred; familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or advanced Excel is a plus.
