Responsibilities
Update training qualification on SAP
Change management process for training system configuration
Maintenance and organization of employee trainings
Internal & external stakeholder management to gather requirements for training.
Prepare business case for trainings.
Engage in continuous improvement initiative and other training or IT related activities.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering / IT or related engineering fields.
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.
Learning Outcome
Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing.
Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE \xe2\x80\x93 Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).
Learn about operation planning and management,
Understand the different roles and how it plays its part in the organization.
