Responsible for administration and organization of regional training programs and workshops for RHQS and the APAC region
Manage and administers the learning management system (SAP SuccessFactors)
Organize and consolidate the regional training event calendar
Involve in pre-events planning including but not limited to brainstorming, implementing events plan, sourcing and coordination with external vendors, ensuring all invoicing documents comply with the Company\'s workflow and payments are made timely
Events management including but not limited to addressing potential problems and challenges that may arise before / during the event, coordinating and finalizing event details (including registration, venues, transportation, accommodation, visa invitation letter, payments, food & beverages), enquiries management
Post-event review
Learning Center events & hospitality management
Manage the Learning Centre resources allocation. Be the primary contact for incoming request and division of labor. Examples of request such as room allocation, AV / broadcasting preparation etc
Manage and coordinate day-to-day events at the Learning Centre including clarifying and coordinating with the respective stakeholders on their requests and requirements, preparation of the training rooms (including logistics, AV arrangements) and ensuring the sessions run smoothly with good customer service mindset
Ensure the Learning Center facilities are well kept
Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis

Currently pursuing / have a Diploma / Degree in Media, Events Management, Communications, etc
Digitally savvy
Resourceful
Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to details
Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, appreciate mentoring / knowledge sharing among team members
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Experience in events organization and logistics operations are a plus
