Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.ResponsibilitiesAssist the team with preparation of meeting notes during tenant engagement sessionsAssist the team with following up with tenants on their submissions for Audited Financial Statements (AFS) & Annual Statutory Declarations (ASD)Assist the team with following up with tenants on their submissions for Public Liability Insurance (PLI)Ensure tracking sheets for AFS/ASD and PLI are updated in a timely mannerAssist the team in mall and tenant sales analysisAttend to any ad-hoc and/or unplanned lease-related tasks as assignedRequirementsPreferred studies in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplinesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPossess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team playerStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAble to multi-task and deliver work on time and accuratelyDetail-oriented and meticulousClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
