Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of mall sales and tenant sales
- Conduct market research on sectors of mall\'s tenants
- Arrange and conduct tenant engagement sessions
- Attend to tenants with issues requiring assistance
- Coordinate landlord\'s response to tenant with marketing and operations departments
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Preferred studies in Real Estate or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Keen analytical mind with an eye for details
- Inquisitive about the retail sector, enjoys shopping and trying new things
- Adept at problem solving and stakeholder management
- Enjoys working in a team and interacting with peopl
