You will be working with the Leasing department to assist in the post-bulk renewal paperwork and tenant engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Liaise on contractual matters relating to new and renewal leases
- Attend to leasing enquiries and record for follow-up purposes
- Support Centre Management Office (CMO) team in handling tenant feedback and disputes
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts and other documents
- Prepare and consolidate information and reports for CMO team
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Preferred studies in Real Estate or any other related disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Able to multi-task and deliver work punctually and accurately
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
