Responsibilities

Liaise with tenants for renovation documents submission upon completion

Liaise with technicians for preventive and corrective repair status

Assist OM in capex planning, including obtaining budget quotes from contractors

Assist OE and OM in managing capex for onsite projects, ensuring timely completion of works

Support OE and Stock IC in inventory management.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Preferred studies in Facilities Management or any other related disciplines

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Good communication skills

General knowledge in facilities management

Able to multitask and complete work on time and accurately
