You will be assisting the leasing team in daily operations. Your role will alternate between Bukit Panjang Plaza and Lot One.
Responsibilities
- Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to tenant relationship management and leasing
- Assist in the preparation and updating of reports and presentation slides
- Carry out market research in preparation for the Asset Plan
- Support in lease documentation and paperwork, filing and archiving of documents
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Preferred studies in Real Estate or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn
