Job Responsibilities

IPF Asia
A. ECA Research

• Research the universe of active ECAs focused on Asian economies in (i) Energy (O&G / LNG); (ii) Power (Conventional / Renewables); (ii) Infrastructure (rail / roads / ports); (iv) Telecoms
• Produce an optimized application grid and targeted ECA strategy

B. Pipeline Deal Analysis and Execution Assistance

• Conduct due diligence research and preliminary analysis for pipeline deals
• Assist deal team in Due Diligence ("DD") workstreams for deals under execution, (DD information analysis / data management)

LFG

• Conduct due diligence research and preliminary analysis for prospective clients/ deals
• Assist deal team in workstreams for deals under pipeline & execution (Preparation of syndication materials/ Data management on deal site/ event management)
• Preparation of various management reports / updates
