With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation to reach more people, more effectively.As the Manufacturing intern, you\'ll collaborate with engineers to conduct a production shop floor study focused on automation, digitalisation, and smart lean practices. You\'ll analyse market trends and industry best practices alongside internal data, helping to empower engineers in improving processes.What you will do
- Collaborate with engineers to conduct studies on the production shopfloor.
- Study and develop process expertise in medical device manufacturing.
- Apply and implement industry best practices to production shopfloor.
- Generate insights from internal data, helping to empower process improvement.
- Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Business Operations.
- Interested in lean manufacturing practices.
- Strong command of English for effective communication with internal stakeholders.
