Responsibilities

• Specific areas of focus include the marketing, messaging, content assets and related project supports for seamless delivery and communications for Stellar Lifestyle
• Work closely with Marketing Team professionals and implement the communication strategies for Stellar Lifestyle
• Aid in the completion of all administrative tasks to support the Marketing team
• Manage internal communication activities (Example: developing and posting web content, distribution of executive memos, collation, and analysis of internal tactics and external tactics with the use of digital tools)
• Excellent in creative writing in standard English for social media posts, promotion emails, and other marketing collaterals
• Assist in the planning and creation of differentiating communications, create brand design and content
• Assist in the creation and management of written, video, and image content for marketing channels which includes but is not limited to working closely with the marketing team and designers to ensure timely delivery on creatives
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and support marketing campaign planning and execution
• Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
• Execute go-to-market campaigns, track in CRM, undertake pre- and post- campaign analyses and nurture leads where necessary
• Review and optimize all brand creatives on an ongoing basis
• Innovate and maintain up to date knowledge of brand and social content trends

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Diploma in Mass Communication
• Tertiary undergraduate

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Self-starter, able to work independently and cope with tight deadlines
• Well versed with MS Office Suite
• Possesses a positive attitude and an appetite for learning
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
