Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall (Cleaning, M&E, Fire Safety, Car Park etc.)Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for repair and maintenance worksAssist in the coordination of tenancy fitting out and reinstatement worksUpdating of Environment Health and Sustainability and ISO documentation and filing to comply with ISO 9001Provide assistance with Capex worksSupport other Operation matters or ad-hoc duties as requiredRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, or any other related disciplinesProficient in Microsoft OfficePossess basic Facilities Management and M&E knowledgeDetail-oriented and meticulousClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
