• Assist in updating the fire warden\xe2\x80\x99s contact list to ensure that information is up-to-date in case of emergencies
• Support in organising and conducting the bi-annual fire warden briefings, tabletop exercises, and fire drills as required by the Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF) regulations
• Assist in the daily inspection of mall facilities and following up of defects and enhancement works within the mall
• Liaise with vendors, contractors and POs to coordinate defects or mall enhancement work
• Liaise with term contractors to ensure work is completed in accordance with standards/requirements
• Verify accuracy of service reports before submitting into Simplicity system for GR
• Support other Operation matters or ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good communication skills to liaise with contractors and tenants when required
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
