PVD ESIP/BLW tool productivity improvement

Description of project:

Evaluate ESIP/BLW tool process kit life extension from 450kwh to 700kwh, for productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Scope:

Your job scope (as an engineering intern) would likely involve in enabling process kit life extension of PVD ESIP/BLW tool for productivity improvement and cost reduction under the guidance of a senior engineer. Some specific tasks that you may be responsible could include:

• Hands on experience to PVD ESIP/BLW tool through On-Job-Training in manufacturing environment
• In-depth understanding to PVD process and process deviation troubleshooting
• Propose plans and strategies to meet qualification timeline
• Collaborate with process/equipment engineers and technicians including process characterization, problem solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment.

Deliverables:

• Understanding of PVD Process and ESIP/BLW tool overview.
• ESIP/BLW process kit life extension from 450kwh to 700kwh

Skillset Required :

• Students pursuing Bachelor\'s degree in engineering,
