Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will support the team in the People & Culture Initiatives and the ongoing change management projects (E.g., Office Renovation).ResponsibilitiesAssist in conceptualization, planning and the execution of monthly employee engagement activities and initiatives. E.g CapitaLand Group Wellbeing programme, Chinese New Year Celebration, Sports/ Family Day, Annual Staff Appreciation NightSupport in the organisations Culture Alignment project and activitiesManage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of projectsAssist with design of communication assets e.g. EDMs, web pages on CapitaLand intranet, survey forms via use of Canva, Sharepoint and TypeFormPerform copywriting for webpages, email communications, and social media postsPerform any other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing, Human Resource, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplinesProficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelKnowledge of use of Canva, Typeform would be advantageousIndependent, creative and out-of-the-box thinkerAble to multi-task and deliver work timely and accuratelyClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
