  • Provide professional support to the P&O team in the provision of operational support across a range of P&O activities, including the coordination of P&O administration, creating and maintaining appropriate data bases.
  • Ensure all aspects of work are delivered in a timely manner, to the required quality standards, and in line with Group and Business Unit guidelines.
  • Provide efficient and professional P&O clerical administration function for the Group/ Business Unit/ Operation by ensuring all personnel records are updated, data is securely, accurately and effectively stored.
  • Administer updates and maintain effective storage of P&O related data in particular employees\' personnel files (both physical and electronic versions).
  • Ensure timely & accurate updates of employee data on P&O Systems and data clean-up as required.
  • Liaise with Group/ Business Unit/ Operation to understand business analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct the analysis, manipulation and interpretation of P&O data extracted from Systems and the effective and efficient delivery of data in form of standard and ad hoc reporting, presentations, figures and metrics.
  • Support Systems enhancement projects.
  • Assist P&O team in various P&O initiatives and ad hoc tasks/projects assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduates in Human Resources major
  • Computer literate (Essential - MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • High organisational skills, able to prioritise and work effectively to meet deadlines
  • Can do attitude and strong ability to learn
