What will you do?

In Quality Road, visualization of enterprise data to aid planning, scheduling, logistic and shipment were incorporated as part of the business process and automation of warehouse to enhance the safety, quality and productivity of the logistic functions were also being progressed.

To learn and assist Logistic Lead & Executives for Inbound, Outbound and Warehouse on their daily operations.

To learn and assist in the timely implementation, management, communication & sharing of continuous improvement and digitalization process.

To learn and assist in the Site Exit process, data / document management, learning & development management and etc.

What are we looking for?

Educational background \xe2\x80\x93 Undergraduate studying Bachelor in Engineering / Business / Science / Supply Chain / Computer Science who is interested in learning more about Planning & Logistic

Strong written and oral communications skills

Excellent English proficiency

A keen interest in production

Meticulous, organized, and dedicated

Apply his/her knowledge of engineering and learn soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.

Learning Outcome:

The student will learn about Pharma Primary Manufacturing with the use of lean concept, 6 sigma and digitalization to drive business value in the area of manufacturing and supply chain KPIs

The student will acquire knowledge on the interconnectivity across various planning and logistic interfaces, manufacturing, quality and engineering interactions within the site and its influence on the supply chain in Pharma Manufacturing.

The student will be immersed in the site activities and understand how compliance to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is critical to the site.

The student will be able to apply his/her knowledge and learn soft skills in engaging different stakeholders from shopfloor to senior management to deliver the projects.
