How Will You Make an Impact?

• Working under LPD planning department
• Support the role of demand/supply planning role
• Work closely with demand planner and countries supply and demand
• Inventory management
• Improve planning processes and related SOPs
• Review SOP documentations
• Using of SAP to check parts and inventory status
• Understand the trend of historical demand and provide the forecast in Forecast Pro tool
• Generate reports using Power BI tool
• Expedite for critical backorder and rebalance stock with countries to avoid Excess & Obsolescence
• To support the goals set by department (inventory and customer satisfaction)

What Will You Do?

• Using of SAP to check parts and inventory status
• Able to work closely with demand planner and countries
• Understand the trend of historical demand and provide the forecast in Forecast Pro tool
• Generate reports using Power BI tool
• Expedite for critical backorder and rebalance stock with countries to avoid Excess & Obsolescence

Education

• Open to students from any faculty

Experience

• Preferable with working experience (Part time)
• Experience of handling project

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Preferable basic planning background
• Basic skill of Microsoft excel, word and power point
• Independent and have initiatives
• Competent in written English and Mandarin

Learning Outcome

• Basic planning skill of supply/demand planner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Material Resource Planning (MRP) system
• Introduction to forecast Pro planning tool
