We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses strong interest in creative and design works to join our team.



The intern will assist with a variety of tasks across design, event coordination and public relations, including but not limited to:

Developing and designing mock-ups and artworks for digital and print materials including banners, brochures, invitations etc Planning and organizing events which includes scheduling/coordinating with vendors and materials preparation Managing event communication, registration, and event photography Documenting and assisting in post event follow-up which includes reporting, photo archives and article consolidation Generating new ideas for corporate gifts Managing inventory of corporate gifts

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe creative suite, Canva etc) Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to multitask Self-motivated and able to work cohesively as a team
