Singapore local market is recruiting a Public Relation intern to be responsible for the implementation of PR & Media-related marketing activities in Singapore.

Job responsibilities

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SEEDING & PRESS RELEASE

Work hand in hand with PR Executive on the seeding strategy to influencers and medias to increase Guerlain's awareness. Executing all seeding deliverables for new launches, campaigns/ festivals with internal PR team for Local Market. Ensure all seeding quantities and inventories are available in a timely manner. Adapt and disseminate Press Releases, pitch targeted stories and send gifts to build robust relationship with key media/ KOL contacts. Support retailers communication in regards to new assets, creatives request and information on short copywriting (when needed).

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Source, plan and liaise with third party suppliers (i.e. floral, F&B, activity vendors) for the execution of PR events. Manage the preparation of logistic arrangement for PR events including set-up, gifts arrangement with AOG (Art of Gifting), RSVP list and follow-up post-event contacts. Assist in planning, coordinating, executing events i.e. key launches/ trade/ in-store events for Media/ KOL or involving media front (e-symposium). Organize media / KOL interviews with internal spokespersons in HQ

ADMIN SUPPORT AND MONTHLY REPORTS

Monitor media coverages for every activation. Submit monthly PR clippings and weekly newsletter to regional Weekly internal report to measure effectiveness of media/ KOL engaged, organic coverage, gift tracking. Competitor analysis: Always be at the top of the game! Check out which media/ KOL that are relevant with high influencing power engaged by competitor brand. Connect to each media and KOL on a regular basis to understand their upcoming interest on coverage (Editorial) and propose relevant advertorial (on key launches) Admin support: Ensure smooth delivery for seeding, arrange meetings with key KOL and Media, support internal marketing team with proper documentation for any inventory orders/ gift tracking, events flow and rundown, extra support in events when needed.

Internship Duration: Jan - June 2026 University students who is passionate for luxury beauty Brand exposure and proud to be the ambassador of the brand to nurture Guerlain DNA, Heritage and be at the in-depth level of PR and Marketing. It all began with Pierre-Francois-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House's founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House's reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugenie, Pierre-Francois-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Imperiale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.


Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House's creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
