The candidate will be required to

  • Prepare a product database consisting of product info, FAQs, solutions based on available product materials.
  • Using state of the art technology (eg. LLM, RLHF) to provide a chatbot for customer questions (inquiries, troubleshooting, FAQs)
  • Coordinate with the customer or end-users to support the migration activities
  • Support in some Level 1 support tasks for the end-users
  • Support in project tracking and monitoring
Qualifications
  • Able to work full time for a period of 6 months
  • Undergraduate studies in Engineering, IT or Computing
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Scripting or related tools for chatbot development
  • Virtualization technology knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Additional Information
  • Candidate should fulfil the visa requirements for employment in Singapore
  • Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
  • For foreign students studying overseas, you must be eligible for the Work Holiday Programme (WHP)
