As a Production Excellence Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across our operations. You'll be an integral part of the team, working alongside experienced professionals to enhance our operational efficiency and project velocity. You will manage essential support functions, allowing the team to fully concentrate on leading strategic initiatives and accelerating core projects vital to our success in the IT sector. Additionally, the intern will bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, helping to identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and contribute to data-driven decision-making within our technology-driven environment.
What you will do

• Assist in the development and visualization of key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards using Power BI, contributing to a centralized performance measurement cockpit that supports Global Service and Production operations
• Support data collection and analysis from multiple system sources, and contribute ideas for organizing and structuring this data to enable the creation of effective and insightful KPI dashboards
• Help develop key operational documentation by outlining data acquisition procedures and report publishing methods, ensuring clear and consistent knowledge transfer across the team
• Actively support ongoing operations projects as needed, gaining hands-on experience with real-world business challenges and contributing to impactful solutions.

What you bring

• Undergraduate in IT/Computer Science and/or supply chain discipline
• Understanding of data warehousing, data mining, or big data concepts
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Excel cubes, or similar platforms
• Experience or exposure to data connectors, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Ability to work with APIs to integrate various third-party supply chain applications and data sources
