Job Description
- Course of Study:
Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Degree in Science.
- Internship Scope / Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading several changeover cleaning campaigns from the end of production campaign to start of campaign start up and track the equipment change over cleaning with respect to Quality and EHS until completion and release of the equipment.

- Skills developed through this internship:
Knowledge related to the changeover cleaning philosophy , cleaning limits, instructions, cleaning flow diagrams and applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
Development of the changeover cleaning schedule, working with cross functional departments for close follow up and timely release of equipment for production.
Draft and development of adhoc cleaning instructions for new equipment and parts.
Investigate, troubleshoot and report findings on both quality and safety related manufacturing / changeover cleaning issues (QARs/IRSs).
Develop, implement and monitor technical solutions for cleaning issues.
Support shift and process team on cleaning related issues.
Knowledge of the site quality and safety standards.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
