We are seeking an Intern with a diploma or higher qualification to join our team. This role offers a unique progression path that begins with internship and advances through technical frontend development, ultimately leading to a customer experience management role.
You will be involved in building responsive, cloud-integrated web applications while gaining customer engagement and product strategy skills.
Responsibilities (Internship; Documentation):
Document existing systems, code structure, APIs, and architectural decisions.
Write developer-facing documentation (e.g., onboarding guides, technical specs, internal wikis).
Assist in creating visual diagrams and flowcharts of system architecture or workflows.
Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Participate in team meetings to gather insights for documentation purposes.
Collaborate with developers to stay up to date with new features and code changes.
Organize documentation in repositories and tools such as Confluence, or GitHub.
Responsibilities (Frontend Developer):
Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgresSQL and design tools like Figma.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and cloud services.
Ensure web applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
Work with the Product Owner to align frontend designs with user needs and business goals.
Utilize Figma to design, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces and experiences.
Stay updated with trends in frontend development and cloud computing to continuously improve features.

Engage with customers to gather feedback and assist in resolving issues.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate user feedback into product improvements.
Develop customer relations skills and ensure user needs are met.
Assist in improving user experience through customer insight.
Qualifications:
Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field (e.g., IT, computer science).
Basic knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
Experience using Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
Strong desire to grow technical skills in frontend development.
Excellent communication skills with an interest in customer engagement and product management.
Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
