Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will be working closely with the Project Management Office team to investigate automation opportunities for the Group IT charge-down.ResponsibilitiesAssist with IT charge-down by cleaning data and data mapping, and performing analysis ofactual versus plan from dataAssist with automation IT charge-downReview and improve current processesAssist with analysis and presentation of dataSupport in other special and/or ad-hoc projects as requiredRequirementsPreferred studies in Information Systems, or IT with Accounting knowledge, IT with Finance knowledgeProficient in Excel with basic knowledge of the usage of formulas and pivot tablesExperience in Power BI or equivalent BI tools will be advantageousGood collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and partner with business stakeholdersClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
