This opportunity is for students who are available for a full-time internship, from January - June 2023 only.
Our team is looking for an enthusiastic Public Affairs & Policy Intern to help us achieve our social impact goals. The role would suit a social or environmental activist with a genuine interest in business and driving positive change through purposeful business. Your fresh ideas will make an impact on our triple bottom line positively while fuelling your passion for social and environmental issues.
What can you expect from this role at Reckitt?
- Understanding the ways of working in External Affairs within FMCG company
- Learn about management and mapping of stakeholders (NGOs, government bodies,etc)
- Play a part in our legal and regulatory reforms across ASEAN
- Deliver positive social or environmental impact in ASEAN
- Research and identify relevant stakeholders for our reform plans
- Support Legal and External Affairs on lobbying and communication strategies
- Develop stakeholder maps and communication plans to build and maintain relationships with identified stakeholders
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Media, Business, or related disciplines.
- Exposure to NGOs, related interest groups or volunteering experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
