Job Description


Located in the heart of Bukit Timah, this thriving mini super-market is located within a 900+ unit condominium complex and just a few bus stops away from the nearest grocery store, this business enjoys a prime location with high foot traffic and a loyal customer base. The store offers a comprehensive range of products, including fresh and frozen foods, canned goods, beverages, alcohol, and household products. In addition to these essentials, the store also provides laundry services, making it a true one-stop shop for residents. The business is designed for efficiency and customer convenience, operating six days a week from 9 am to 9 pm.

  • To oversee the daily purchasing operation
  • Preparing of PR and PO
  • Requesting for Quotation
  • Liaising with suppliers on deliveries, DO, returns
  • Invoicing management
  • Stock taking
  • Administrative and documents control
  • Support to retail operations
Requirements
  • NOA Levels
  • Prior experience in supplier management or purchasing/procurement
  • Willing to learn, training is provided
  • Not afraid to hands on
