Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japan's leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

Track and document all incidents reported to the Testing COE Assist in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents to identify underlying issues along with respective project QA team. Maintain and update an incident tracker with details Coordinate with development and testing teams to gather necessary information for RCA and steps to improve. Provide regular reports and updates to the COE team on incident trends and RCA findings. Support continuous improvement by suggesting preventive measures based on RCA insights.

Is an effective and enthusiastic communicator and collaborator, able to work along with different teams with minimal guidance. Desires working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks. Has good verbal & written communication skill. * Is proficient in MS Office (i.e PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
