Date Posted: 2024-05-29Country: SingaporeLocation: 39 Changi North Crescent, SingaporePosition Role Type: UnspecifiedThe Quality Department Intern will support the Quality team to manage both Quality Management System (QMS) as well as Safety Management System (Product SMS). He/she will support the processes to ensure compliance by helping the followings:
- Supporting the audit preparation and joining the system, product and process audits to ensure compliance to part 145 regulations and MOE.
- Helping the Quality Engineer in charge to review and draft out procedures in MOE.
- Helping to manage the SAR-145 certification authorizations system and issuing of stamps to certifying staff.
- Walk the shop with Quality Engineers to identify potential hazards in the production areas.
- To assist the Quality Engineer to monitor the calibration of inspection and measuring and test equipment process.
- To assist the Quality Engineer with the collection retention and disposal of all technical data/records retained as objective evidence of the completion of specified activities relating to the maintenance of aircraft equipment.
- To assist the Quality Engineer to manage the development and execution of the Change Management.
- To help improve the Quality systems by analyzing the data
- To support the planning, preparation and launching of Quality Day
- To support any ad hoc jobs as assigned by Quality Engineer
