Provide administrative support in conducting background research, collating data, and analysis in the following areas:
Patient safety
Incident Reporting Information System
Assist in prepare patient safety and quality related training and communication materials for ground staff
Assist in maintaining the Quality page on our Intranet and Workplace
Assist in taking meeting minutes and preparing business/meeting documents (excel, slides etc) * Support in documentation audits, data entry, and filing
Assist in organising of departmental level events
Other administrative matters as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
Comfortable with numbers and figures
Good writing skills
Excellent organizational, and communication skills
