You will be involved in the execution of molecular biology or protein biochemistry related testing for development of scientific instruments and assays. These tasks will primarily be based in the laboratory and as such, will develop applied skills in a diverse set of core and groundbreaking biotechnological methods. Furthermore, you will benefit from mentorship and exposure to fields such as molecular diagnostics. In addition, you will assist in lab management, handle the lab material and instrument status.

What will you do?

You will get to:

• Collaborate and work with our team of scientists in their experimentation.
• Learn and perform activities in accordance to the company policies and procedures following research and development scientific standards.
• Assist with laboratory management duties, such as equipment maintenance, reagents inventory and purchasing, general housekeeping.
• Participate in the development of new test methods to support the release of new products/sustaining activities.
• Learn and perform accurate record keeping.

How will you get here?

Education

University student in Lifesciences or other related field of studies (Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences).

Experience

• Good knowledge on Molecular biology techniques such as PCR and Real-time PCR.
• Previous working/research experience in a laboratory gained through internships or coursework will be an advantage.
• A good record of CCA is a plus
