Regional Purchaser and Order Scheduler is playing an important role to coordinate and expedite the overall end-to-end process lead-time. The teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders and customers will contribute to deliver excellent customer experience and achieving company annual revenue commitment. What will you do In this function, you will be learning about the purchaser responsibilities and day-to-day challenges to fulfil our customer needs. You will work cross functionally within our organization to plan and prioritize orders, drive improvements in inventory stocking and lead-time improvements for our customers. If you have keen interest in process improvement and automation, with an ability to influence and persuade multi-functional teams through data -focused Supply chain management, then this is a superb opportunity. : Perform purchasing from global suppliers for SEATw customers. Schedule outbound orders to dealers to achieve desired dealers' shipment date Review dealers order delivery date regularly to optimize revenue pacing, including re-routing supplier, trigger partial or full shipment according to dealers' requirements Arrange and prioritize orders to meet demand plan on time, based on inventory availability and factory constraints. Partner and communicate closely with Customer Service team and Channel Manager to update on shipment changes that would affect lead-time. Drive improvement of inventory stocking and lead-time improvement for our dealers Simulate current dealers' demand, analyze and optimize inventory stocking in the region Drive improvement of field service engineer visit lead-time customer queue management Conduct periodic safety stock review with cross-functional collaboration Support warehouse and logistic operations Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Supply chain management Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Problem solving, Analytical skills and modeling skills with extensive data analysis Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly Learning outcome (at least 3 points): Understand the end-to-end supply chain in service industry through exposure and collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. Exposure & understand on supply chain operational key performance indicators. Inventory management, specifically in terms of planning & replenishment for spare parts.
