Job Responsibilities:Assist with onboarding of new colleagues to systems and application (e.g. system access, common folder access). Support in the maintenance of SharePoint. Assist with inventory data validation for newly opened properties. Assist with report consolidation for properties on non-official Property Mgmt System (PMS) via the Sales Report Template (SRT). Assist with Revenue Bytes (newsletter) design and communication to cluster users. Provide support and track progress related to our UpsellGuru Program, our eLearning Program. Provide support for DHS Program monitoring (e.g. cluster follow up) and STR (e.g. competitor evaluation). Conduct enhancement checks on PowerBI dashboard and BI Model. Monitor and validate data submission for various dashboards and report consolidation. Support newsletter article design. To assist supervisor and/or team and provide support special projects as required.

Job Requirements:Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Management, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Hospitality & Tourism Management. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and/or Canva. Excellent communications skills with a positive attitude, curious mind and detailed oriented. Commercially minded individual with a good sense of numbers and comfortable with analysing data.
