1. To perform Data Analysis and Reporting
a. Analyse and generate reports of Asia Pacific data on Customer Backlog (CBL)
b. Work with Sales Logistics Customer Interface Team to ensure data quality and track the progress of CBL
c. Perform data validation, identify the root cause and resolves issues to improve the order fulfilment rate and overall impact on customer service level

2. To build and enhance dashboards to support Process Automation
a. Help build PBI dashboard with existing database (SQL database, etc) on different Order To Cash (O2C) topics
b. Maintain and improve PowerBI dashboard /Python script

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
a. Collaborate and align with central departments/stakeholders to support in achieving sales target

Qualifications

• Able to work full time for a period of 6 months (02.01.2024 to 28.06.2024)
• Undergraduate studies in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Supply Chain
• Good knowledge on operation and self-driven
• Strong time management and organizing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous in task execution
• Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Extensive knowledge on MS Excel, prefer with knowledge on macros
• Experience on PowerBI/SQL/Python Script is a plus

• Candidate should fulfil the visa requirements for employment in Singapore
