Beyond that, you won\xe2\x80\x99t be going it alone as you will have a supervisor & buddy assigned to you who can help you navigate the organization, give advice on your development & help you learn what it takes to achieve your goals.As part of the assessed internship, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have a formal final review on project delivery and performance by your supervisor. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be asked to prepare a final presentation or report out about your project. Your internship scope would include:

• Supporting inventory planning and optimization activities.
• Supporting shipment planning and optimization activities
• Developing processes and tools to drive supply chain cost improvement initiatives.

We prioritize our employment offers to outstanding candidates on our internship program over those without internship.About youSkills and QualificationsTo be eligible for our Internship Program, you should be:

• Ideally in your penultimate year of study.
• Preferably pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering with Second Upper Honors and above.
• Leadership experience in non-academic areas, such as co-curricular activities or National Service, is also advantageous.
