:1. JOB PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe incumbent is expected to:Assist the team for FP\'s weekly advertisement and omni-channel advertising by working closely withproducts team, creative agency and other relevant stakeholders, work with printer, website agency andinstaller on the production, delivery, installation of POSMThe ideal candidate will have experience in supporting / driving conversion, understanding the shopperjourney, and personalizing content to increase engagement and revenue. As a Sales & Promotions Associate, he or she will be responsible for assisting in the creation, implementation, and managementof promotions and campaigns that drive sales and increase customer engagement. You will workclosely with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall categorystrategy and objectives.2. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assisting in the developmentand execution of sales andpromotions strategies that drive conversion and increaserevenue.
• Understanding the shopperjourney to optimize promotionsand campaigns at every stage of the buying process.
• Supporting the managementof relationships with keystakeholders, includingvendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and effectiveexecution of campaigns andpromotions.
• Analyzing campaignperformance data and making recommendations for future initiatives

Qualifications:3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG / retailer industry
• Proven experience in sales and promotions, with a track record of driving conversion andincreasing revenue.
• Strong understanding of the shopper journey and ability to assist in the creation of personalizedcontent that resonates with the target audience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical skills to analyse campaign performance data and make recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
