Responsibilities

• As Intern \xe2\x80\x93 Professional Service, a candidate is an ambassador of Waters and will bring to the market Waters\xe2\x80\x99 products and services.
• The candidate will demonstrate a clear grasp of understanding the customers\xe2\x80\x99 business and its growth plans and is able to take that knowledge and convert that into a solution and offering from Waters, with a primary aim of bringing \xe2\x80\x9ccustomer success\xe2\x80\x9d.
• Understand current Waters Professional Service offering and service processes
• Helping building Service Deliverables to enhance the Informatics Service Portfolio for LMS and Validation Service
• Establish Professional Service Project Management Process by coordinating with PS teams and Build the Project plan templates and SOW templates for APAC region.
• To identify potential Professional Service Opportunities in APAC region from the Informatics iBase and prepare PS funnel.
• Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidate from Information Technology background is preferred
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and analytical thinking
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel,
• Knowledge of MS Project, Power BI, SQL will be added advantage
• Ability to communicate and interact with Internal/external stake holders
• 0-1 Year of experience
