Your Responsibilities

Compounding of sweet and savory flavors for flavorists and for Sampling purposes. Ensure sufficient stock of raw materials for compounding use Good lab management and hygiene practice Assist in setting up various material dilutions for tasting, and participate in tastings with Portfolio and application teams Assist in sample dispatch Ensure correct handling and disposal of raw material Required to perform basic analytical support (Flashpoint, SG and RI) to flavor creation and regulatory

Your Profile

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Food Science or related field. Able to withstand strong odours Possess a keen sense of taste and smell Positive, 'can-do' attitude with open minded approach Proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
