Basic Purpose and Objective of Job

Provide Service to Customer

Provide professional and courteous service to all customers Handle customer feedback, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines. Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store. Answer incoming calls as per operations standard.

Perform Sales and Loan Transactions

Retail sales of merchandise comprising jewellery, branded timepieces and branded leather goods Perform sales and loan transactions Handle cash and negotiate items in accordance with the established policies, procedures and practices Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise

Housekeeping of the store Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times. Assist in inventory management

Administration

Assist in stock documentation Assist with simple procurement for the store - stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies.




Any other ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned.
