Pro-actively assist analysts in the day-to-day execution for equity research (Real Estate & Small Cap Equities), keep up with heavy time-sensitive news flow and assist in a timely manner during peak periods
Participate and assist in the preparation/updates of various information databases, present brief analysis on data gathered periodically
Research for relevant industry, company and competitive information
Assist in analyst and company briefings/meetings/asset tours

Job Requirements:

Candidates who are able to start immediately are preferred
Expected second upper and above honours qualifications (or equivalent)
Second year and above undergraduates with business/accountancy/economics/banking/finance specialisations are preferred
Strong foundation in fundamental accounting and finance knowledge is required
Knowledge of financial modelling and various valuation methodologies is preferred
Experience in using data platforms such as Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, etc. is preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel are preferred
Candidates with strong internship experience(s) are preferred
