Project Title
Manufacturing Direct Labour (WFO) Training Revamp and Upgrading

Project Objective / Purpose To restructure and align MFG Direct Labour with HR's direction to migrate from ELM to SumTotal Project Description • To revamp all training material related to Manufacturing and upgrade training with training videos using available video editing software. • To upgrade and enhance the paperless certification and move to app-based certification using O365 Power platform (Apps, BI, Flow) • To upgrade and fortify the Manufacturing Training Web Portal coupled with interactive quizzes and assessments using O365 Power platform (Apps, BI, Flow)

Project Outcome: Fortified training & competency for all new hires and improve MFG Direct Labour job skills and OJT requirement
Required Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in EEE and or Media Preferred Qualifications: Prior knowledge or use of O365 Power platform (Apps, BI, Flow) Video editing software(s)
