Job Description


  • Work alongside and communicate with the Finance team on pay increments, onboarding, or employment termination matters;
  • Facilitate hiring needs (locally and overseas);
  • Keeping up-to-date with MOM practices and regulations;
  • Keeping in trend with hiring practices (locally and overseas);
  • Discuss and develop compensation packages with relevant parties
  • Assist in onboarding processes;
  • Identify opportunities for hiring (i.e. campus recruitment partnerships)
  • Report directly to COO for monthly turnover rate;
  • Help in shaping and creating the desired company culture through hiring processes, employee management, and company cohesion events;
  • Revision of employee handbook
  • Assist in employee onboarding during company acquisitions or mergers
