Role Summary: Assist in developing and implementing asset strategy, including asset enhancement initiatives, to optimize asset performance.

Responsibilities:

• Involve in any new project development meetings and discussions. Assist in doing research for any project development, Tanglin museum proposal and research, etc
• Study, propose and implement asset enhancement initiatives with the team
• Research, Analyse and Review market performance with the property team

• Assist in asset management to optimize the value of the assets, if needed
• Assist in evaluating the viability of capex projects including redevelopment, cost-benefit analysis
• Provide support to the investment team
• Prepare presentation materials to the management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
