We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join us as an Accounting & Financial Reporting Intern, to assist in the documentation and management of financial statements, and other duties as stated below. A good opportunity to understand how the theory you learn in school are put into practical.

Challenges that awaits you are:

• The daily payables/receivables/General ledgers functions in accounting department with the collaboration with shared services accounting, ie. automation & electronic workflow

• The preparation for month-end closing and financial reporting and schedules

• The processing of staff claim reimbursement

• The updating of documentation based on internal accounting / financial control processes

• The timely completion of parts inbound and outbound shipping documentation

• The process of issuing invoice to customer and determine the GST type.

• The responsibility to account for inward permit payment on a timely basis

• The daily & monthly cash flow monitoring and update in Treasury system.

And other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

• Undergraduate/postgraduate pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy (or Business related degrees)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Highly motivated with strong analytical, conceptual, problem solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Proactive and has the ability to work independently with minimal guidance

• Open-minded and with good teamwork spirit and socio-intercultural competence

• Organized with attention to detail and with good time management skills

We are looking for students who can commit to:

• At least 3 - 6 months internship duration

• Full-time &/or Part-time internship

• Immediate Start Date / Starting from October 2023
