Acute Care Technology

Essential Functions

Plan, execute, and document preventive maintenance activities within the assigned timeframe, as directed by the Technical Manager. Perform in-house servicing and repairs for equipment from both local and Asia Pacific regions. Collaborate with the Logistics Department to support the planning, management, and control of product and service flow. Assist the Field Service Team with on-site service calls and the commissioning of ZOLL Medical Products. Ensure proper handling and accurate documentation in compliance with GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) requirements.

Skill Requirements

Proficient in the use of basic hand tools. Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively without compromising deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also knowing when to seek guidance or clarification when necessary.
