How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Involve in the new project related scope for Operations, an excellent placing for Intern to learn about construction, installation and commissioning of air separation unit for Nitrogen generation processes, and how Air Liquide delivers solutions for production of high purity products to meet the requirements of Electronics customers in the Semiconductor industry. The Intern daily activities would involve working with the Project team, Equipment Commissioning experts, Industrial Management Team, while mainly supporting Operations team that includes Process Engineers and Technicians for the delivery of smooth commissioning, start-up and supply to Fab.


Work alongside Project Engineers for new equipment shipment, construction, installation and commissioning. Ensure equipment installed comply with Air Liquide's approved technical designs and HAZOP reviews. Conduct test-runs for new equipment such as distillation columns, compressors, turbine, and many other equipment to ensure smooth start-up. Establish Operational Excellence systems that comply with Air Liquide's industrial management system and regulations. Facilitate User Acceptance Tests for the operational excellence systems into digital workflows and platforms for new Nitrogen plant and various Gas Systems such as Argon, Oxygen, Helium, Hydrogen, LCO2 etc. Assist the Equipment Commissioning Engineers and Process Engineers to commission and start-up the new Nitrogen plant and various Gas Systems by conducting proper PSSR and RTOR reviews with the SMEs and Technical Experts. Ensure all systems turn-on and supply with no interruption to Fab. Perform continuous improvement and sustainability projects on new Nitrogen plant and Gas Systems with intention to embrace and encourage continuous improvement mindset towards achieving Operational Excellence and NWoW."
