Job Description

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.


The intern will be attached to the Facility Manager/Operation Engineers and technicians for daily operational activities. He/she will be exposed to large scale gas manufacturing processes/plants, as well as expansion/modification projects. The intern will also have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with various departments such as the mechanical/E&I/project/Analyzer/PAC teams.

Project: N2 Expansion and Pipe bridge Strengthening Project


Work Location: 6 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 12 Singapore 569708

Responsibilities:

Intern would be expected to assist in below assignment


Participate in drawing review and understand our site's processes Oversee N2 & H2 system interconnection piping project. Calculate the equipment and pipeline sizing for this project. Perform design and review of N2 expansion & Pipe Bridge strengthening project. Coordinate with vendors and internal team on project execution. Analyze plant performance and provide optimization recommendations. Analyze and review SPC (statistical process control) data. Automation (through google script) of manual data entry processes. Assist Operation & PAC team in the troubleshooting of process parameter baseline shifts.
