You will be supporting the team to study real estate markets in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on Southeast Asia real estate markets
- Deep dive into logistics trends and automation
- Consolidate relevant data points on invested projects and provide analytical review with recommendations
- Assist team on potential investment opportunities in Southeast Asia
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Preferred studies in Real Estate
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Financial savvy with basic knowledge on real estate investment
