Supply Chain Project analysis: participate in bottleneck management, preparation of weekly review of pending orders status with suppliers.

Data analytics & reporting: support S&OP Supply Validation including collection, compilation and analysis on purchase forecast, vendor delivery performance.

Power BI analysis and development of Power BI dashboards.

Supply Planning: support source planner on procurement-to-pay process, and hands on experience on SAP module.

Master Data maintenance

Qualifications

• Able to work full time/part-time for a period of 4~7 months preferably (Nov~Jun)
• Undergraduate studies in Business, Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Table.
• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
• Knowledge of International Ocean freight Export/Import shipping processes and documentation requirements, including Dangerous Cargo is preferred.
• Problem Solving skills : be meticulous with numbers, and have a systematic way of tracking and prioritizing tasks, to have business acumen when interpreting and presenting the data.
• Communication skills : spoken and written English.
