The Role This position is a 6-month summer internship from January to June 2023.You will assist the Director of Sustainability and Portfolio Management in fronting the sustainability and portfolio management reporting for Mapletree Pan Asia Commerc The Role This position is a 6-month summer internship from January to June 2023.You will assist the Director of Sustainability and Portfolio Management in fronting the sustainability and portfolio management reporting for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust. The candidate is expected to combine sustainability and market research to effectively perform the role. Job Responsibilities Prepare and update excel templates, board presentations, annual reports for sustainability and update excel template and presentations for market research on Singapore and overseas markets Update periodic reports on sustainability as requested by investors, regulatory authorities or internal stakeholders Direct communication with the company's internal stakeholders in updating templates and producing reports, as well as liaising closely with the sustainability consultant for the annual sustainability report Ensure accuracy and timely updates of sustainability and market research data. Conduct benchmarking of REITs' sustainability reports. Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant listing regulations and guidelines on sustainability Assist the director in other reporting tasks Job Requirements Undergraduates in Business, Real Estate, Economics or its equivalent. Must be analytical and proficient in Ms Excel and Powerpoint applications.
